How do I customize my item?
Creating an American Wine Krafts gift is easy. Each personalizable item has it’s own set of personalization options for that particular product. Simply enter the information related to each option before adding the item to your cart.
Can I request changes to one of your designs?
Yes, for an additional charge. Please contact customer support at 419-445-4202 so that we can discuss the revisions with you.
Can the inside of the box lid be personalized?
How long will it take to process my order?
Most of our orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. If you need it sooner please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to expedite your order. If possible, please provide us your UPS or FEDEX account #. Please remember that all orders with standard ground shipping are shipped free of charge.
Does someone need to be home to sign for a package?
No, Fedex or UPS may drop off the package if no one is home.

Is your website secure?

Can I return my order?
Due to the custom personalization of your order, all sales are final. If there are any concerns about your order please contact us within 10 days of delivery so that we may resolve any issues or concerns you may have. If your item is damaged in transit we will replace immediately, free of charge. Please be sure to send us a photo of the damaged product so that we can make a claim with the shipping company. A response will be provided to you within 48 hours.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, please provide a single order along with a spreadsheet of address and we will take care of the rest.
Can you ship to military addresses in the USA?
Yes, we can ship priority mail with the United Postal Service. They are the only carrier legally allowed to deliver packages to military bases.
